Our Story
We value the belief that food brings all walks of life together. Expressing love and joy through sharing sweets is what we are about at Gäbi Boutique. When we opened our first location, Gäbi Coffee & Bakery back in 2017, our mission was to share Korean tradition and culture through drinks and desserts. Gäbi (pronounced GAH-bi) takes inspiration from the end of Korea’s Joseon dynasty when long-established values were challenged by contemporary ideas.
By establishing Gäbi Boutique, we hope to continuously spread the sentiment further and preserve Korean culture’s connection to unity and family bonds to greater lengths. To share dessert with someone you care about symbolizes warmth and joy, and we want to contribute to making those memories special.
